Who is Gilberdale?
Gilberdale
Gilberdale is an Australian White lamb producer based near Kapunda in the Mid North, 27km North of Gawler, South Australia.
We specialise in providing a paddock to plate service, of lamb direct from our farm to you.
We have recently teamed up with local like-minded farmers to provide regeneratively raised grass fed and finished Beef.
All our meat is processed in our licenced on-farm meat processing facility.
Livestock
The "Australian White" sheep is an Australian bred dedicated meat sheep noted for its high-quality meat with a low-fat melting point.
At Gilberdale, we have collaborated with other farmers to showcase their grass-fed and finished beef.

Regenerative agricultural practices focusing on biodiversity, both macro and micro, to ensure the healthiest soil.
Nurturing the soil ensures that this living, breathing organism full of microbes will provide the best feed and nutrition to our livestock.
